Returns and Refunds (Loop Returns)
We use Loop Returns to facilitate our returns process. By initiating a return through our Loop Returns Portal, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The product must have arrived damaged during shipping; or
- You must have received an incorrect product.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for any other reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, ordering errors, change of mind, or products that have been opened or used.
If your product arrives damaged, photos of the damaged product and packaging may be uploaded directly through the Loop Returns Portal when submitting your return request. If any product container or glass component arrives broken, do not return it. Instead, upload photos through the portal and carefully dispose of the broken glass.
Terms of Service for Loop Returns at Tru Niagen
By using our returns process, you agree to the following terms:
- Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the product must have been received damaged during shipping or you must have received an incorrect product. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date through the Loop Returns Portal. If any product container or glass component arrives broken, do not return it. Instead, upload photos of the damaged product and packaging through the Loop Returns Portal and carefully dispose of the broken glass.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for securely packaging returned items. Tru Niagen is not liable for items lost in transit.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please visit our Loop Returns Portal. If your return request meets our policy requirements, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided through the portal at no cost to you.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for securely packaging returned items. The Company is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
No refunds will be issued for products that are opened, partially used, handled, tampered with, or otherwise determined by the Company to be ineligible under this policy.
